All a prospective customer has to just click on a box on the client's page and request contact with a company agent. If that request can be relayed to a sales rep almost immediately, the chance of closing a sale goes up immensely. If that sales person can call the customer within five minutes, the odds increase favorably and astronomically. In fact, a Kellogg-sponsored study discovered that contact with a customer was 100 times more likely within that first five minutes than if it were completed in the average 30-minute timeframe. Moreover, the same study found that calling within that five-minute window of opportunity an automated leads system does not stop with the routing of the call and the sales representative's call.

Online clicks, call numbers, follow-ups, and results can all be tracked automatically, eliminating tedious report completion and filing for the salesperson. The time from form to phone, saved in this step of the process means the sales staff will have more time to sell, resulting in higher productivity and higher sales for the company.
